So our kids have been begging since we left SLC for a puppy. We've lost our minds and given in.
We got a Blue Heeler/Border Collie puppy. The kids decided to name him UTE. The puppy is from a friend who's the Daddy to the puppies. So here he is. I will add more pictures when the kids get home.

I can't come see you now! I have this thing about blue healers. My aunt and uncle had one when I was a kid, and he was sooooo mean. Plus I was already not a dog lover, so hmmmm.....You'll have to come to Utah - I'm not coming to Ohio! You know I'll always love you anyway!
wow, giving in to getting dogs, brings both lots of work and lots of work! But I have to say Ive gone (like MJ)from a dog disliker to a doggy friend. Lola has grown on me. Parenting is all a big guilt trip. They know how to twist our thinking, or I guess Josh does, because we now have a inside dog. (not sure how that happened) Good luck, he/she looks cute!
He's cute! Good luck with him. I like having an adult dog though, they don't chew on everything. I know the kids will love him to pieces.
I can't believe you gave in. Didn't we just talk about this?? He is very cute but you are crazy. You know I love you anyway, right?? I'm sure the kids are loving you right now.
